what is Arbitration awards
Ans.) Sec. 2(1)(c) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 deals with „Arbitral awards?. An „arbitral award? is the judgment pronounced by an arbitral tribunal on the disputes or differences referred to it for arbitration. It includes an „interim award? and also additional arbitral awards made under Section 33(4). The awards should be consistent with the submission and certain.
